Learning coaches are chosen by their ability to understand individual differences, become a
positive role model, and go the distance in order to bridge the gap between achieving average
and successful accomplishments.
Meeting with students weekly on a 1-1 basis is the key to our complete program.
For peace of mind,On Track learning coaches are required to provide a thorough background
check as well as professional references.
On Track realizes that certain key factors are essential in order to achieve academic success.
A home coach that can guide and facilitate structure for the student is an essential component
to the On Track team. Together the student, Home Coach, and Learning Coach sign a Team Contract
demonstrating the understanding of their individual key roles to the shared goal of a successful plan.
In addition, On Track Learning Coaches meet online through the use of our virtual classroom, therefore,
no matter where you live geographically, On Track can provide custom learning solutions for you
and your student!
